time to become acclimated to their
new surroundings.] They seemed to
live only for each other, only for
their love. For a long time they
seemed to be homesick. They didn‘t
care for the white man‘s clothes or
the white man‘s pleasures; their
greatest joy was in being together.
Sometimes they may be found in the
strangest places, looking longingly
out over the sea.
