pareus, some wearing artificial frangipani over ear and
little boys + girls [?] cocoleaf skirts
on about 3 of the little boys + two old men, are
grouped outside door of hut looking in -- some
sitting some standing (see still for arrangement)
[?] of hut is camera right, [?] . Hut is
[?] for large fish net which hangs
along wall on camera left side of hut. From wooden
at her suspended suspended breams of roof (does not come
into the skirt) [?] and [?] of [?] pandanus leaf
hanging from back wall camera left side of door.
On b.g. back of doorway a few yards is [?]
canoe [?] at right angles to hut with Matahi’s
blue canoe in it. Outrigger toward us. Woman [?] and
another woman in b.g. are smoking ppandanus cigarettes.
They look toward camera left front corner of hut. (rear corner)
