sobbing. Her mother strikes her hair + arm.
[?] anna’s father sits just back of Anna looking [?] on He looks
toward [?] + [?] Then a sign with his head at which they advance on passing
on either side of [?] toward Anna [?] ([?] is now to camera left of [?]) + try to lift her out of her
mother’s [?] lap. But anna sobs all the pareu + clings
to her mother. They try again but but her mother beckons them back
+they step back a few paces.
